Does God Send Good People to Hell?

DoubleBranchFWBChurch General, Mark, New Testament, Romans, Topic depravity, Sin, State of Theology

When we hear of a judge corrupting justice it can make our anger boil. A judge is one who is to render justice, not punish those who do not deserve it. This concept of justice that we are born with makes us look at a question we must have an answer to: Does God send good people to hell? The answer is, no. God has never, nor will ever, send a good person to hell. If God did this He would no longer be God, for God can do no wrong, and sending a good person to hell would be evil. However, the Bible does not teach that most people are good and that, because of this, most people will go to heaven. The Bible teaches that we by nature are evil. We are sinners. And as sinners that means we are not good and that we deserve hell. The Bible teaches that every person who is not a Christian is not a good person. This truth is one of the greatest truths we can ever understand, and without this understanding, we will always be confused about Christianity.
